State-Level Policy

It's no secret that high-speed rail projects tend to get started on a state-by-state level. That's why state leaders, including legislators, governors, and state department of transportation heads, have a vital role to play in moving the ball forward.

  • Environmental impact studies
  • Feasibility studies
  • Legislative appropriation of funds for state rail projects.
